グローバル視点で新しい事業アイデアの創出を目指す片山ホールディングスのオフィスは、多様化する働き方にフィットするフリーアドレスを導入しています。レイアウト変更可能なオープンスペース、コミュニケーションを促進させるキッチンスペース、想像力が広がるミーティングルーム、集中して仕事に取り組めるテレフォンブースなど、その日の働き方に合った空間を利用することができます。また、ライフスタイルやダイバーシティを尊重し、授乳・搾乳や礼拝堂として利用できる マルチパーパスルーム、シャワールームを併設。ランプや壁紙、椅子などのインテリアにはペットボトルからできたリサイクル素材を取り入れており、環境に配慮した空間づくりを意識しています。ライフワークバランス、ダイバーシティ、環境問題を意識したこのオフィスは、わたしたちが実現したい世界観を表現しています。
An office space for diverse work styles and lifestyles.
We have created an open office space that fosters communication and supports global and diverse business development and collaboration. Our intentionally designed spaces include café counters, meeting rooms, and adaptable booths that can be customized to meet the needs of our teams. We prioritize inclusivity for all lifestyles and positions, which is why we have a multi-purpose room where mothers can breastfeed and express milk, allowing them to succeed in their work while caring for their young children. We are committed to the environment and have used eco-friendly materials for the walls and interiors of each room. Our office space is designed by Gensler.
